Cookie Consent & Preferences

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This document explains which cookies and similar technologies require your consent on WeLead, which do not, and how you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. It should be read together with our Cookie Policy.

1. Why We Ask for Consent

Some cookies are strictly necessary for WeLead to work — for example, keeping you signed in and protecting your account against fraud. These are set on the basis of our legitimate interest and the performance of our contract with you, and do not require consent. Any other category is optional and is only activated after you agree to it, where the law requires your consent (for example under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive).

2. Cookie Categories and Consent Status

Strictly necessary — session and authentication cookies, security and load-balancing cookies, and storage of your consent decision. Always active; the service cannot function without them.

Preferences — remember choices such as your theme (light or dark) and interface settings. Optional. Disabling them means your preferences are not remembered between visits.

Analytics and measurement — help us understand which features and pages are used so we can improve the product. Optional, and only set where consent applies.

Marketing — where enabled, allow us to measure campaigns and show relevant messages on other platforms. Optional and off by default until you opt in.

3. How to Grant, Change or Withdraw Consent

When you first visit the platform, a consent banner lets you accept all optional categories or keep only the ones you choose. You can reopen your preferences at any time from the consent banner or from your browser storage settings, and you can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.

Withdrawing consent stops new optional cookies from being set, but does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can also delete existing cookies through your browser, and you may contact petarbuisness010@gmail.com if you would like us to reset your stored choice.

4. Consent Records

We keep a record of the consent decision you made — the categories accepted or rejected, the date and time, and the version of the banner shown. This record exists so that we, and any supervisory authority, can verify that optional cookies were only set with a valid legal basis. Consent records are retained for the period required to demonstrate compliance and are not used for advertising.

5. Strictly Necessary Cookies and Prior Consent

Strictly necessary cookies may be set before you interact with the banner, because they are required to deliver the page you requested and to keep the service secure. They do not track you across other websites and are never used for advertising.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data and, where technically possible, as an objection to optional cookies. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not currently standardized, so we apply the consent choices you record with us.

7. Third-Party Cookies

Some optional cookies are set by service providers such as analytics or payment processors and are subject to their own policies. The current list of providers that may process data in connection with the platform is set out in our Subprocessor List.

8. Changes and Contact

If we introduce a new category of optional cookies, we will ask for consent again before setting them. Questions about consent can be sent to petarbuisness010@gmail.com.
