Where offered, new subscriptions include a free trial. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
If you are not satisfied with WeLead, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. After the 14-day window, charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
To request a refund, contact our support team at petarbuisness010@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your request within 5 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to all features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Refunds will not be granted for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion where misuse of this policy is detected. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to petarbuisness010@gmail.com before the period expires — a dedicated withdrawal form is available on request. Where you asked for immediate access during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the service already supplied. We reimburse withdrawals to your original payment method without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your notice. This statutory right is separate from, and in addition to, the satisfaction guarantee described above, and it does not limit any other mandatory consumer rights.
