By accessing or using WeLead, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WeLead is a SaaS platform that provides AI-driven website building tools, lead generation, and financial management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where appropriate.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for using a strong password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use WeLead.
You may use WeLead to build websites, discover potential business leads, and manage your business finances for legitimate commercial purposes. You may not: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) send unsolicited spam or marketing messages; (c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform; or (e) resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent. Content generated by our tools, including websites and lead suggestions, is produced by automated systems and is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any generated content, and for ensuring your use of lead data complies with all applicable marketing, anti-spam, and privacy laws. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
We may offer a free trial for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. See our Refund Policy for details.
WeLead and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WeLead and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the platform, such as the websites you build, and grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and provide the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeLead and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WeLead provides tools to help you build websites and find leads. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including customers, sales, leads, conversions, or revenue. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own efforts and market conditions.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if your account is inactive for a prolonged period. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after any applicable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeLead is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in good faith to resolve any dispute. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify material changes through the platform or by email where required. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
