Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 29, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use WeLead, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains our standard, what we have done so far, where we know there are gaps, and how to tell us about a barrier.

1. Our Commitment

WeLead is committed to making its platform perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as many people as possible. Accessibility is treated as a quality requirement in design and development, not as an optional extra, and we address reported barriers as a priority.

2. Standard We Aim For

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is also the reference standard under the European Accessibility Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act guidance for web content. We are working towards full conformance across the platform and the pages we publish ourselves.

3. Measures We Have Taken

  • semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order on the pages we control;
  • keyboard-operable navigation, dialogs and forms, with visible focus states;
  • color choices reviewed for text and interface contrast, including in dark theme;
  • responsive layouts that reflow on small screens and support zoom up to 200%;
  • text alternatives for meaningful icons and images, and labels on form fields;
  • respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference, which disables non-essential animation;
  • error messages written in plain language rather than color or icon alone.

4. Current Conformance Status

We assess the platform as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most core flows — signing in, the dashboard, lead search, invoicing and the website builder — meet the standard, while some areas listed below do not yet fully conform. This assessment is based on our own reviews and is updated as we make changes.

5. Known Limitations

  • some data visualisations on the dashboard have limited screen-reader descriptions;
  • complex drag-and-drop and visual editing interactions in the builder are only partially keyboard accessible;
  • a few third-party embedded components may not fully meet contrast or focus requirements;
  • generated images and charts may lack meaningful alternative text until you edit them.

We are actively working on these areas and will update this statement as they are resolved.

6. Websites You Publish

Content you create or generate and publish on your own domain is your responsibility, including its accessibility. We provide semantic templates and prompts that encourage accessible markup, but we cannot guarantee that third-party content, custom code or generated copy you publish meets any particular standard.

7. Tell Us About a Barrier

If you encounter a page or feature you cannot use, email petarbuisness010@gmail.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and aim to provide a fix or a workable alternative as quickly as possible. If you need information from this platform in an alternative format, we will provide it on request.

8. Compatibility

WeLead is tested with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and mobile, and is designed to work with common screen readers including VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack. Older browsers may not support every feature; using an up-to-date browser and keeping your assistive technology current gives the best experience.

9. Ongoing Work and Feedback

Accessibility findings are tracked alongside other product work, and we review this statement when significant changes ship. If you have suggestions beyond a specific barrier — for example about how we could improve keyboard flows — we would like to hear them at the same address. See also our Complaints & Dispute Resolution policy if your concern is not resolved.
