Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Last updated: October 29, 2026

If something has gone wrong, we want to fix it directly and quickly. This policy explains how to raise a complaint, what happens at each stage, and how unresolved disputes are handled.

1. Start With Our Team

Most issues are resolved in a single exchange. Before taking any formal step, contact us at petarbuisness010@gmail.com (or use the in-app Help page) with a description of the problem, the email address on your account, and any relevant dates or screenshots. Both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before starting proceedings.

2. How to Submit a Formal Complaint

If support cannot resolve the matter, send a formal complaint to petarbuisness010@gmail.com. Include your name, company, the account email, the subject of the complaint, a chronological summary of what happened, what outcome you are seeking, and copies of any relevant correspondence. Please mark the subject line "Formal Complaint".

3. What Happens Next

We acknowledge every formal complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a substantive written response within 10 business days. If the investigation needs more time — for example because it involves a payment provider or a technical deep dive — we tell you why and when to expect the next update.

4. Escalation

If our response does not resolve the issue, reply to the same thread asking for escalation. The matter is then reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision. Our escalation response is normally issued within 15 business days and is our final internal position.

5. Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If the complaint remains unresolved, either party may propose mediation before an independent mediator. Mediation is voluntary and its costs are shared unless the mediator decides otherwise. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief from a competent court.

6. Consumers in the European Union

Consumers resident in the EU may also contact their national consumer protection body or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If you are a business customer, you may have an equivalent route through your local chamber of commerce or trade association.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

For billing issues, please contact petarbuisness010@gmail.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback is not a substitute for this process, and accounts with an open chargeback may have paid features suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeLead is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and except for claims eligible for small-claims courts.

9. Time Limits

Please raise a complaint within 12 months of the event giving rise to it, so that relevant records are still available. This does not limit any statutory limitation period that may be longer, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
